• Payment due: By bank transfer on day of lesson

• Session cancellation: 48 hour notice period or session will be charged. If possible I will try to rearrange the lesson.​

• Tutor sickness: If I am ill there will be no charge for cancellation. I will try to arrange an alternative session.​

• School holidays: Regular sessions will stop for a break during the school holidays (see term dates). I will offer some daytime slots during the holidays; these will be bookable separately.​

• Cancellation: At least 2 weeks paid notice. All lessons will still be delivered.
